        Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation of projects from inception to completion within approved budget and time frame
• Maintain good rapport and close working relations with the clients, consultants, contractors, etc. to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of projects Coordinate the design & planning work with architects, engineers and other professional consultants at the preliminary, conceptual and construction stages of projects
• Liaise effectively with relevant authorities

       Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of design and construction experience in ACMV, Fire Protection, Cold/Hot Water Plumbing & Sanitary System for industrial, hospital, commercial, residential and high rise installation
• Possess high level of integrity, excellent and strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of relevant authorities’ requirements, rules, standards and regulations

        Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Electrical Engineering from recognized University
• Preferably 3 – 5 years design and/or project experience in HT, LV and ELV Systems for industrial, commercial, residential and high rise installations and/or experience in oil and gas and instrumentation projects
• Knowledge of local Malaysian authorities requirements, rules, standards and regulations will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently with leadership and management skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia and computer literate
• Candidates must be able to travel outstation
• Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply

        Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant experience in commercial and industrial projects
• Able to work independently and possess knowledge in Safety and Health aspects
• Those without qualification but with more than 5 year experiences will also be considered

• Possess drafting certificate will be an added advantage
• Good AutoCAD knowledge and skill

        Job Description :

• To initial checking while the work is still in progress in accordance to drawing and work specification.
• Immediately report to Senior Clerk of Works for advise, if found and discrepancy on work compare to drawing and work specification.
• To check the alignment of Gridline, vertically, levels, height, drops area, sufficient temporary/permanent support to hold the loading capacity.
• To liaise with Main Building contractor for casting date and to be written at site office “Notice Board” to highlight to other Clerk of Works on the work schedule (2 weeks ahead).
• After completion of formwork and rebars a Pre-casting inspection to be carried out by a Joint Inspection between contractor’s supervisor, Junior and Senior Clerk of Works before Resident Engineer confirm the approval for casting.
• After casting/completion of the scope of work, inspection to be carried out to the satisfaction of the consultant.
• To report the work progress on the contractor to follow the work scope in accordance to SPA schedule “H” stage claim from purchase.
• To check rectification works in accordance to method of Statement.
• Attending meeting as required by consultant/management.
  Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Working experience in high rise projects will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.

        Responsibilities :

• Inspect and prepare daily safety report at site.
• Advise the employer on measures to be taken related to Safety & Health matters.
• Inspect the workplace regularly to identify any hazards, unsafe act & unsafe conditions.
• Investigate any incident / accident, near misses, dangerous occurrence, etc.
• Conduct / participate in the safety audit.
• Inform the management about any Safety & Health related complaints also to assist in solving the problems.
• Co-ordinate with other Safety Officers / Supervisors at site.
• Attend the Main Con’s Safety & Health Committee meeting.
• Set-up a good filing system for site Safety & Health department.
• Assist the Safety & Health Manager / Officer in his site functions.
• Other Safety & Health related work as instructed by the management from time to time.
  Requirements :
• Must be registered with Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) with yellow book or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction industry.
• Well versed with the OSHA.
• Computer literate, organized with systematic working style.
• Pleasant, able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Possess own transport.
